Fast Forward Your Career

Fast-forward your career through education. Discover how AAIA promotes business excellence in the aftermarket through educational events, professional development and certification programs, technician training resources, e-Learning, committee initiatives and scholarship programs.

Learning From Today's Leaders

Speakers at AAIA's segment conferences focus on business strategies in areas such as electric, heavy duty, paint and body equipment, manufacturers' reps and trim. Other industry conferences, like the annual Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS) consistently draw the aftermarket's brightest minds to study the most critical issues facing the industry.

Educating Members to Meet Industry Needs

AAIA, in cooperation with the University of the Aftermarket, provides members with outstanding educational seminars and training programs. These programs help retailers, manufacturers, reps, program groups and distributors build skills to solve today's aftermarket business problems.

AIA Certification Program

The aftermarket parts and service industry needs qualified personnel to drive sales and provide top-notch customer service. Recognizing this need, the Auto International Association (AIA) segment of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) created its unique certification program in 1989. The program was designed to recognize the "real experts" in the import parts business through a carefully crafted standardized process that tests a range of technical skills and knowledge in the import parts business.
