Paint, Body & Equipment Specialists (PBES)

What is the PBES Segment?

The Paint, Body & Equipment Specialists (PBES) segment educates and disseminates information to its members; provides opportunities for PBES business people to network with their wholesalers, counterparts, suppliers and customers; and is proactive on legislation and regulations and other issues that affect the PBE and collision repair sectors of the aftermarket.

PBES Mission Statement

To educate and disseminate information to the PBES segment members; to provide the opportunity for PBES business people to network with their counterparts, suppliers, and customers; and to be proactive on legislation and regulations that affect aftermarket businesses -- and to accomplish these goals in a manner that delights AAIA's existing members and attracts new members to the association.

Who is a member of PBES?

The PBES segment is composed of business owners and executives representing the PBE industry’s leading jobbers, warehouse distributors, manufacturers, business services, major program groups and manufacturers’ representatives.

PBES consists of roughly 75 member companies including leading jobbers, manufacturers and service providers in the PBE marketplace.

A complete PBES membership directory is available by entering PBES segment as the search criteria on the online AAIA Membership Directory.

Segment Committee and Liaison

The segment committee meets twice a year to help plan the activities and events of the segment. Opportunities exist to become involved in the leadership of the association through serving as volunteers on segment committees. Segment leadership is reviewed every three years, and new candidates are nominated. To become involved with the segment committee, send a letter of interest and bio to the segment liaison, Paul Fiore.
