MISSION

The Retail Segment of AAIA brings together car care businesses that sell direct to motorist either through DIY parts outlets or DIFM service facilities.

Members are: auto parts stores, retail chains and service facilities that focus primarily on the motorist as the final customer.  Also included are manufacturers and suppliers of services that are consumed by the retailers and shops.

Retail members give direction to other committees and segments of the association regarding issues that relate to the entire retail automotive aftermarket and the motorist.  Members of the Retail Segment receive all of the benefits offered to AAIA General Members, plus they are identified in the AAIA member directory as serving the retail side of the industry.
